Fund Management Manager (CMS License, Real Estate/ Investment Holdings) - Geylang

• Advise on appropriate structures for fund setup and management.
• Support establishment of investment vehicles with flexible capital structures.
• Develop and maintain internal guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Design and manage diversified investment portfolios across multiple asset classes.
• Create tailored investment strategies to meet fund and investor objectives.
• Monitor markets, assess risks, and adjust portfolio allocations as needed.
• Oversee administration of fund operations, including investor onboarding and capital movements.
• Coordinate investor communications, including reports and updates.
• Support fundraising activities through preparation of marketing materials and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Maintain effective risk management practices and perform due diligence on investments.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational and strategic goals.

• Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, Economics or CPA/ CFA or equivalent
• At least 5 - 8 years of Investment House experience, preferably from financial or fund management sector
• Experience in fund management, including portfolio management, investment analysis, and financial modeling
• Knowledge in real estate or property development industry will be added advantage
