Key Responsibility:
- Support the Outlet Manager in daily Front-of-House and Heart-of-House operations, including manpower planning.
- Coordinate reservations and ensure smooth service flow with the culinary team.
- Ensure outlet readiness, cleanliness, proper setup, and compliance with service standards.
- Uphold hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety regulations at all times.
- Deliver personalized dining experiences aligned with LQA and Service Promise standards.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Assist with F&B promotions, special events, and inventory/equipment control.
- Maintain confidentiality and continuously develop professional knowledge and service skills.
- Salary package up to S$3,300+

Working info: 8-10 hrs per shift, 44 hours / 5 days per weekLocation: City Hall, Singapore
Key Requirements:
- Must have Bachelor's Degree and above
- No experience required!
- Able to speak Mandarin to liaise effectively with majority of customers
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Comfortable with hands-on roles with full training provided
