Beauty Forever Learning Hub Pte Ltd is a leading education provider specialising in Beauty, Wellness, Aesthetics, Holistic Therapy, and Professional Certification programmes. As we continue to expand, we are seeking passionate and results-driven individuals to join our Student Recruitment Team.

What You'll Be Doing- Advise and guide prospective students on suitable courses and career pathways.
- Promote Beauty, Wellness, Aesthetic, Massage, Holistic Therapy, and Professional Certification programmes.
- Handle enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, website leads, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Conduct course consultations and recommend training solutions based on individual career goals.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and maintain follow-up communications.
- Assist students through the enrolment process and provide excellent customer service.
- Organise and participate in education fairs, open houses, roadshows, exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Support social media engagement and lead generation activities.
- Maintain accurate student records and sales reports.
- Collaborate closely with trainers and administration teams to ensure a positive student experience.
- Passionate about education, personal development, and helping others succeed.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented and motivated to achieve targets and incentives.
- Experience in education consultancy, course sales, student recruitment, telemarketing, customer service, beauty industry sales, or related fields will be an advantage.
- Familiar with WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and digital communication platforms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude with strong customer service values.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin will be an advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking students and customers.
