Arrange appointment and sales meetings with potential customers to enhance new business
- Gain a clear understanding of customers' requirements and provide customers with quotations & follow up orders
- To generate leads for new installation/modernization/maintenance sales
- To collect feedback and competitor data from the market and give feedback to management, with solution creation for competitiveness
- Support sales team in analyzing internal and external data for sales planning and achieve successful implementation of sales plans
- To participate in sales target identification and in defining new target markets and customers
- To coordinate with project and procurement team in ensuring technical specifications meet with customers' requirement thereby providing good service.
- To communicate with authorities, business and professional associations where necessary
