Responsibilities:

  • Forge new relationships by bringing in potential clients who are interested to buy/sell their cars.
  • Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing them with detailed information about our vehicles, features, and benefits.
  • Negotiate pricing and finalize vehicle transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to provide customers with financing options and aftermarket products.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and maintain ongoing communication with customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, accessories, financing options, and incentives to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Uphold the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Punctual and willing to work on weekends if need be.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of motivation and a self-starter attitude.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Preferred to have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
