Clinic Receptionist cum Sales Support (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Handle reception duties and attend to outpatient registration when required.
• Respond to Japanese-speaking patient phone calls in Japanese.
• Reply to Japanese-speaking patient email enquiries in Japanese.
• Provide support to clinical operations during peak periods, including preparation tasks such as packaging or assisting sections experiencing high workload.
• Prepare and send monthly emails to corporate Japanese-speaking and English-speaking clients regarding medical certificate (MC) matters in Japanese and English as required.
• Prepare quotations in both Japanese and English for Japanese-speaking and English-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Send monthly MC reports to corporate clients.
• Compile monthly production reports using Excel.
• Assist with ad-hoc sales support duties such as photography for clinic use and preparation of additional reports when required.

Requirements:

• Working experience in any field or position.
• Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking patients, clients and stakeholders.
• Basic computer literacy, including common office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a pleasant and patient-friendly disposition.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods when required.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays (morning shift).
