Responsibilities:

Business Development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to support growth in the FA channel.
  • Drive recruitment of high-potential Financial Advisors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, compliance) to support advisor success.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Build and manage partnerships to expand outreach and service offerings.
  • Track and ensure the FA team meets or exceeds sales and business development targets.
  • Implement performance strategies and incentive plans to drive team productivity and motivation.
Training & Coaching
  • Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new FAs.
  • Conduct regular training workshops on sales techniques, compliance, financial products, and client engagement.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to help FAs achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor progress and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure training content remains compliant.
  • Work closely with team leaders and management to align training outcomes with sales objectives.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Prior experience as a trainer in the financial industry will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent account management and client acquisition skills.
  • Strong in consultative and value-based selling, with a proven ability to close high-level deals.
  • Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
