Architectural Manager (Construction)

• Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:30pm
• Location: Redhill

• Lead and manage the architectural tendering process, including preparation, review, and coordination of tender documentation and specifications
• Review architectural drawings, tender requirements, and contract documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to obtain technical inputs and competitive quotations during tender preparation
• Evaluate architectural materials, construction methods, and technical proposals to support cost-effective and practical tender submissions
• Identify design discrepancies, technical risks, and scope gaps during tender stage and propose suitable solutions or value engineering alternatives
• Prepare and review architectural scope of works, material specifications, and technical clarifications for tender submissions
• Liaise closely with project, design, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on tender strategy, technical requirements, and project timelines
• Attend tender meetings, technical discussions, and coordination meetings with consultants, clients, and subcontractors when required
• Monitor tender progress and ensure submissions are completed within the stipulated timeline and company standards
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, authority requirements, and project specifications during the tender stage

• Education in Architecture, Building, or related discipline
• At least several years of experience in architectural coordination, tendering, or pre-construction works within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of architectural details, materials, specifications, and finishing works
• Familiarity with local building regulations, authority requirements, and construction practices in Singapore
• Experience in reviewing tender drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify technical and commercial risks
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design or coordination software
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and consultants
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tenders within tight timelines
