Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Development Team Lead to spearhead the development of new and enhanced instant noodle and beverage products. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in product formulation, raw material optimization, and team leadership within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of product strategies for instant noodles and beverages
Stay abreast of trends, technologies, and consumer preferences in the category
Manage, coach, and mentor a team of product development professionals
Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to commercial launch
Optimize raw material usage (e.g., flours, starches, fats, flavors) for taste, texture, and nutrition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on formulation, testing, and quality improvements
Represent the company in discussions with suppliers, vendors, and external stakeholders

✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Chemistry, Nutrition, or Microbiology
Minimum 5 years of product development experience, with leadership responsibilities
Strong understanding of raw materials used in instant noodle and beverage production
Proficient in development processes and food formulation best practices
Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
Prior experience in the instant food or beverage sector is highly preferred
