IT Support Engineer

The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly adaptable, and ready to travel on short notice—including providing on-site support at industrial or maritime sites across Singapore and the Asia region, which may occasionally occur during nights or weekends.

• Systems Support: Provide end-to-end technical support for office and remote site systems, including hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Configure and support Windows 11, Windows Server, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Deploy and maintain network hardware, including switches, routers, and VLAN configurations.
• Administer and troubleshoot Fortinet equipment (specifically FortiGate) for routing policies, security configurations, and firewall rules.
• Manage Azure components including Virtual Machines (VMs), storage, identity management, and connectivity.
• Coordinate remote and on-site support for remote business units to ensure minimal downtime and high system availability.
• Maintain accurate network diagrams, system configurations, and support logs.
• Work closely with technical crews, third-party vendors, and internal IT teams to resolve complex operational issues.

• 2–4 years in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Azure, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching).
• Familiarity with VPN, DHCP, DNS, and RDP.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive attitude toward field-based work, and the ability to work independently in remote locations.
• Willingness to travel regionally and perform after-hours/rotational support as required by operational needs
