About the role

You will work with our clients and our internal teams to:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the financial services sector, ideate and develop industry level PoVs, identifying opportunities for business development and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Lead and deliver client engagements in the Financial Services industry, driving IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives by collaborating with senior executives, their teams, and our global network of consultants to enhance processes, policies, technologies, and organizational structures.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on complex business issues including growth strategies, cost optimization, digital transformation and regulatory compliance
• Define and develop roadmaps, optimal target operating model and deliver transformation and change projects which help address our clients’ evolving needs along the dimensions of insight, efficiency and effectiveness, and control
• Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support on project delivery and career development
• Contribute to the development of thought and leadership content and participate industry conferences and events to enhance the firm's reputation as a leading financial services consulting practice
• Devise sustainable and inclusive growth strategies with respect to new Environmental Sustainability & Governance initiatives within major Financial Institutions

About You

You are likely to be a Finance professional with the following key attributes:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in business, economics, finance or a related field
• Minimum 10-11 years of relevant experience including Consulting background with demonstrated skills in building pipeline, managing projects and communicating effectively with clients and teams; or otherwise with strong Banking & Financial Services industry experience
• Experience in aligning business and technology strategies, designing innovative technology solutions to solve complex business problems, preferably in FS industry
• Good understanding of emerging digital and technology topics and trends with broad digital/technology skills and knowledge to lead work within one of the following architecture domains of enterprise, applications, data, or infrastructure including cloud
• Understanding of architecture design principles and experience in architecting modern financial services digital solutions
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of senior executive level engagement
• Agile, Scrum, PMP, Lean / Six-Sigma or equivalent certifications will be advantageous
