International Sales Assistant Manager / Senior Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and driven International Sales Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to lead and expand our pet products business in global markets. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the pet industry, with a strong network or proven track record in international B2B sales.

• Develop and execute international sales strategies to grow our pet product exports.
• Identify and build relationships with B2B customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers across assigned regions.
• Drive market entry initiatives in new countries and manage existing key accounts.
• Attend international trade shows, industry exhibitions, and conduct overseas business trips to engage partners and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal divisions to align supply and demand and meet customer needs.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and competitive intelligence.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the pet industry (e.g. pet food, accessories, ornamental fish, aquatics).
• Strong business acumen and understanding of B2B sales dynamics in the pet sector.
• Able and willing to travel internationally for customer meetings and exhibitions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
