Duties:
- Support daily QA operations and ensure compliance with SOPs, cGxP, GMP, and data integrity requirements.
- Review and approve quality documentation, including SOPs, batch records, deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and protocols.
- Provide QA oversight for manufacturing, validation, engineering, laboratory, and operational activities.
- Lead or support deviation investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and change management.
- Support batch record review, product release activities, audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Identify quality and compliance risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality and operational objectives.
- Perform shopfloor QA oversight and serve as a trainer or SME when required.
Requirements:
- Min Dip/ Deg in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related discipline.
- Experience in QA within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments preferred
- Knowledge of GMP, cGxP, quality systems, deviations, CAPA, and change control processes preferred
