Senior / Manager, Healthcare Operations Transformation & Projects

Job Scope:

• Lead and manage the Service & Operations Transformation team to drive strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
• Plan, develop, and execute transformation programs to support patient activation and self-care initiatives
• Oversee end-to-end development of new and redeveloped polyclinics, including spatial design, service planning, workflow optimisation, and operationalisation
• Manage project components such as FFE procurement, manpower planning, IT systems, testing, and commissioning
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of transformation initiatives
• Drive process improvements, digital adoption, and workforce transformation to meet evolving healthcare demands
• Support national healthcare initiatives such as Healthier SG, Age Well SG, and Social Prescribing through operational and service enhancements
• Lead change management efforts and ensure effective communication across departments and workgroups

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Structural Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in service/operations management, project management, or process improvement
• Experience in healthcare settings or transformation initiatives will be an advantage
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive organisational change
