Be a part of the robotics revolution!
We seek a passionate student to work on robot control, robot cloud systems or robot web applications. You will get exposed to state-of-the-art tools and practices in robotics, cloud, and AI, and learn how software development is done in a robotics startup.You will become an essential part of the team and help build software that powers robots all over Singapore, and beyond. Based on your interest and experience, you would join one of our three software teams specializing in robotics, cloud, and frontend—you will be assigned a mentor who will guide you throughout your internship and help develop your skills.
Personal Attributes & Characteristics
Duties and responsibilities- Develop software and write clean, modern, scalable, and maintainable code (for robots, frontend, or backend),
- Participate in architecture/design discussions,
- Investigate and diagnose computer software and hardware issues,
- Monitor technology/industry trends and identify opportunities.
- Currently studying a degree in robotics, computer science, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering,
- Solid knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages:
○ Javascript
○ C++
○ Shell- Passion for robotics or AI,
- Willingness to learn and break things.
Plus:
- Participation in hackathons or other similar competitions.
- Track record of working in a team.
- Side projects that demonstrate your software development or hacking skills.
- Open source contributions.
