English Preschool Teacher . Early Childhood Educator

• Create Engaging Learning Experiences: Plan, implement, and deliver age-appropriate lessons based on our in-house curriculum.
• Support Holistic Growth: Foster a safe, creative, and nurturing environment for children to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
• Innovate in Teaching: Adapt lessons with innovation and creativity.
• Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with colleagues, families, and administrators to ensure a well-rounded learning journey for every child.
• Observe and Assess: Monitor developmental milestones and maintain open, regular communication with parents and guardians.
• Stay Aligned: Ensure compliance with school policies and Singapore's Ministry of Education regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T)
• Certified by ECDA as an L1/L2 Teacher
• Language Skills: Fluent in English/Chinese(written and spoken). Strong communication and classroom-management skills are essential.

• $3,000-$4,500 *Final salary based on qualifications, experience, and skillset
• Clear pathways to senior teachers
• Support for further certifications

Experience & Expertise:

• Well-versed in project-based learning.
• Solid knowledge of educational development techniques and practices.
