Job Description:

• Conduct in-depth literature reviews, synthesizing complex findings into actionable research foundations.
• Collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data systematically.
• Utilize statistical software to interpret large datasets and draw meaningful, data-backed insights.
• Prepare clear, structured, and concise research reports and presentations for management review.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth execution of research projects.
• Support knowledge management initiatives by properly documenting and archiving research methodologies, processes, and final outcomes.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative or research duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a closely related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant research experience (prior internship experience in structured research environments will be considered).
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software such as SPSS or R is highly critical for this role.
• Strong foundational understanding of research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team.

Working Hours:

Mon - Thurs 8.30am - 6pm

Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
