Job Description - MEP BIM Coordinator

Coordinate MEP BIM models using Revit/Navisworks and ensure alignment with other disciplines.
Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
Maintain BIM models in compliance with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) standards.
Prepare shop drawings, BIM submissions (CORENET), and as-built models.
Support site team and liaise with consultants and contractors.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
3–8 years of MEP BIM coordination experience.
Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
Familiar with BCA BIM requirements and local submissions.
Good coordination and communication skills.
