This role is an urgent hire

We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented team member to join our team. The role involves providing a positive customer experience through courteous service, handling reservations and enquiries, and supporting food and beverage operations.

You will assist guests, input orders into the POS system, and provide basic technical support such as microphone and karaoke system checks. A neat appearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. You should also be comfortable handling alcoholic beverages and performing other ad-hoc duties as required to ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests.
