We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Sales Coordinator to support both after-sales warranty operations and new service sales activities. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams, while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.

The role may be assigned primarily to either warranty support or new sales support depending on business needs and the candidate’s strengths.
 A.  Warranty After-Sales Support
  • Manage warranty claims and ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from vessel owners and ship operators, particularly for vessels calling at ports across Asia and Overseas.
  • Collaborate with the Design, Purchasing, and Partner teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions for warranty-related issues.
  • Coordinate service attendance and arrange engineer deployments to troubleshoot and resolve onboard technical issues.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, providing necessary support and updates throughout the claim resolution process.
  • Coordinate the timely delivery of spare parts to customers.
  • Liaise with suppliers to monitor and confirm spare parts availability and readiness.
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries with customers to ensure on-time receipt of spare parts and equipment.
  • Prepare and issue shipping and logistics documentation, including packing lists and commercial invoices, to facilitate customer deliveries.
 B.  New Service Sales Support
  • Manage new customer registration
  • Respond to regular RFQs and submit precise quotations within strict deadlines
  • Acknowledge and process customers’ orders promptly
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and proactively follow up to ensure timely payment collection
  • Provide order status updates and coordinate delivery arrangements directly with clients
  • Collect and archive Proof of Delivery (POD) documents post-delivery
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in any fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or in Marine Industry (is a plus).
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
