Client Lifecycle Approval Officer (KYC/AML/Bank/Up to 6k) - Toa Payoh

• Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a Client Lifecycle Approval Officer
• The role is focusing on maintenance of client information which could pose ML risk to bank. Contract will be until end Dec 2025, with possibility for extension.

The Job

The team is primarily responsible for reviewing and approving ongoing data maintenance of end client accounts that may present ML risks to the bank.

• Review and approve data maintenance cases, particularly for new roles within the end client accounts such as Authorised Signatories, Power of Attorneys and Ultimate Beneficial Owners. This process involves, but is not limited to, performing plausibility checks and verification & corroboration of sources of wealth (SOW), and any changes to account structures, in accordance with internal KYC and CDD guidelines.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user manuals, drafting
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare periodic reports for Senior Management based on established requirements.
• Assist the Head of Post Onboarding Reviews with audits, compliance testing, regulatory inspections, and any other assigned matters in alignment with the department's priorities.
