We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating a great café experience to join our team.- Part-Time (PT): Flexible weekday shifts (including Saturdays, subject to roster)
- Salary: SGD 11.00 – 15.00/hour
At Three Blind Pigs, we bring a playful twist to dining with a speakeasy vibe, serving American and Mexican-inspired dishes alongside creative cocktails. We are looking for team members who enjoy interacting with customers and take pride in preparing quality beverages.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment
- Provide warm, friendly, and professional customer service
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and workstations
- Assist with replenishing ingredients and stock levels
- Handle customer enquiries regarding beverages and menu items
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and workplace safety standards
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
- Minimum 1–2 years of barista experience
- Familiarity with espresso-based beverages and basic latte art is preferred
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Willing to work shifts based on operational needs
