Job Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior management. This role requires strong organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Executive Support
- Manage and coordinate the GM calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and minutes
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation
- Track and manage confidential documents and company records
- Assist in drafting business correspondence and reports
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on key action items
- Business Coordination
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners
- Support project coordination and business initiatives
- Assist in preparing budgets, expense reports, and payment documentation
- Confidentiality & Discretion
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
- Maintain professionalism in all communications
