Digital Project Executive - Toa Payoh

You'll be working closely with clients, creative teams, and technical developers to deliver impactful digital experiences for SMEs. As a Digital Project Executive, you'll provide support in planning, execution and risk management of Web Development & AI projects. This position entails liaising with clients to scope out project requirements and communicating it to our creative team to ensure project progress is aligned with client's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of web development projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery aligned with client objectives.
• Provide secondary project support for AI chatbot solutions and digital marketing campaigns.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, designers, marketers, and developers.
• Conduct onboarding meetings to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into actionable plans.
• Analyze technical and design requirements to develop effective digital solutions.
• Oversee project documentation, ensuring clear audit trails and records are maintained.
• Train clients on how to use newly delivered digital products and solutions.
• Manage and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project workflows and internal processes for enhanced efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones and timelines are met.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication between all project stakeholders.

• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of progress and any potential issues.
• Support clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring they understand how to use and maximize their digital solutions.
• Use project management tools (like Jira, Trello, or Asana) to track and monitor project status and deliverables.
• Improve internal project workflows and processes to ensure smooth project execution.
• Take ownership of the project’s delivery, ensuring it meets client expectations and business objectives.
