Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position for candidates with hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage the company's online presence, create engaging content, and run digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

• Plan, film and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Xiaohongshu (Rednote), Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Create engaging content showcasing renovation projects, company activities and services.
• Manage and grow the company's social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Plan and execute content calendars and social media campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Manage customer enquiries and engagement across social media platforms.
• Set up, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor advertising budgets, campaign performance and lead generation results.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Work closely with management to improve marketing strategies and brand awareness.
• Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by the company.

• Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) is a must.
• Good English communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and YouTube.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is an advantage.
• Experience in video filming and editing.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Able to analyse campaign performance and generate reports.
