Freelance Graphic Designer (Project-Based)

Key Responsibilities
- Visual Design & Campaign Assets
- Design eye-catching content for social media, ads, website banners, EDMs, and product infographics
- Create campaign key visuals (KVs) and adapt them across multiple formats
- Develop product storytelling visuals (ingredients, benefits, lifestyle creatives)
- Support event visuals (posters, flyers, booth materials) when required
- Short-Form Video & Motion Content
- Create engaging TikTok, Reels, and short-form videos
- Produce simple motion graphics and animated content
- Edit raw footage into compelling marketing videos
- Enhance videos with captions, music, transitions, and effects
- Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into visuals
- Contribute fresh, creative ideas for campaigns and content
- Ensure all outputs are aligned with brand identity and campaign goals
- Delivery & Optimisation
- Deliver assets in formats optimised for digital and print
- Adapt designs across multiple aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, etc.)
- Maintain organised files for easy revisions and reuse
- Strong skills in graphic design, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Comfortable with AI design tools or fast content tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
- Ability to produce both static and video content
- Good understanding of social media trends and formats
- Good sense of layout, typography, colour, and visual storytelling.
- Detail-oriented, independent, and able to meet deadlines
- Able to follow brand guidelines while adding creative value
- Basic storyboarding skills for short-form video content
- Prior experience in health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
- Freelance / project-based
- Scope and timeline defined per project
- Able to support urgent tasks within tight timelines
- Typically includes multiple deliverables per campaign
- Rates will be discussed and finalized upon shortlisting
