Automated Lab is a certified automation company operating in Singapore’s built environment and construction industry, specialising in Smart Building, Smart Office, BMS, Office Automation and Power Monitoring Solutions. Our work helps clients achieve sustainability, energy efficiency, and smart-building outcomes.
We are looking for a commercially minded Project Manager who is confident managing clients, projects, and outcomes—someone who sees project delivery as a way to build trust, grow accounts, and drive repeat business.
What You Will Do
Client & Commercial Ownership- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Build long-term client relationships through strong delivery and communication
- Identify opportunities for variations, upgrades, and follow-on projects
- Support proposals, pricing discussions, and solution positioning
- Represent the company professionally in meetings and site discussions
- Manage projects end-to-end for BMS, smart office, office automation, and power monitoring systems
- Coordinate internal engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Track programme, cost, risks, and quality to ensure smooth delivery
- Oversee testing, commissioning, handover, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with site safety and construction practices in Singapore
- Take ownership of projects as if they are your own accounts
- Guide junior engineers and project team members
- Contribute ideas to improve delivery, client experience, and business processes

You may be a young, ambitious graduate with a few years of project or site experience, eager to grow into a senior role, or a mature, hands-on professional with solid industry experience, even without a formal degree.
Key Traits & Experience- Experience in construction, security, ACMV, BMS, ELV, M&E, automation, or smart building projects
- Strong client communication and coordination skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence in handling variations and discussions
- Organized, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
- Motivated to grow into a senior, trusted client-facing role
