Fund Manager

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with third-party financial institutions, including fund houses (e.g. hedge fund managers), private and investment banks, and financial intermediaries, to generate investment ideas, products, and bespoke solutions.

• VCC & EAM Account Setup

Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers (e.g. legal counsel, fund administrators, accountants) to support the establishment of VCC structures and EAM accounts.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Fund Manager or Portfolio Manager, with exposure to VCCs, hedge funds, and/or EAM accounts
• Proven experience investing across traditional and alternative asset classes (e.g. private credit, private equity)
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and investment partners
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, asset management, and risk management principles
• Prior experience in setting up VCC structures is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders
• Appointed as a Director or Licensed Representative under a CMS-licensed entity
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
