We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fine dining, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team with professionalism and positivity
• Recruit, train, and develop staff within approved budgets
• Plan and manage duty rosters to ensure smooth daily operations
• Promote a strong team culture and resolve conflicts effectively
• Oversee reservations and ensure efficient service flow

• Maintain high service standards in line with fine dining expectations
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints with discretion
• Work closely with the kitchen to ensure quality and consistency
• Monitor POS systems, billing accuracy, and daily operational procedures
• Conduct pre-service briefings and ensure staff are well-prepared and presentable
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas
• Support training initiatives and service improvement programs

• Enforce hygiene and safety standards in accordance with regulations
• Ensure all staff are trained and compliant with internal protocols
• Report any equipment or maintenance issues promptly

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fine dining environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage operations and lead a team effectively
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
