Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Aggressively drive new business by identifying, targeting, and acquiring prospects, focusing on EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), OEMs, and ODMs.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
• Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking to create new opportunities.
• Respond to customer RFQs, deliver timely and competitive proposals, and secure purchase orders.
• Build a pipeline of potential clients while maintaining strong relationships with newly acquired accounts.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, with hands-on experience working directly with EMS customers.
• Highly proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a hunting role that requires persistence and self-motivation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
