R1 Contractor Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and responsible Site Manager to lead and oversee renovation projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple site activities, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensure smooth project execution, and maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency on site.

• Oversee and manage daily site operations for renovation and construction projects
• Plan work schedules and ensure projects are completed on time
• Supervise site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination
• Monitor project progress, workmanship quality, and site safety compliance
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues
• Coordinate with designers, project coordinators, clients, and management teams
• Ensure proper manpower allocation and material delivery for project execution
• Attend project meetings and provide site progress updates
• Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and company standards
• Maintain proper site documentation, reports, and records
• Handle project handover, rectification, and defect management when required
