About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Manager to oversee technical operations, installation standards, product quality, and technical support across our Curtains, Blinds, Ziptrak®, and Outdoor Solutions divisions.
You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Production, and Installation teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and solutions for projects and site issues
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot installation challenges
- Establish and maintain installation and quality standards
- Lead quality audits and reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints
- Train and develop installers and technical staff
- Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and technical processes
- Evaluate new products and installation methods
- Work closely with suppliers, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, renovation, curtains & blinds, roofing, outdoor structures, or related industries
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing installation teams and site operations
- Able to read drawings, site measurements, and technical specifications
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Possess Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
