About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team at Yamagata (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.'. This full-time role is based in the Paya Lebar East Region. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
What you'll be doing- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling client correspondence
- Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents
- Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database
- Liaising with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Supporting the sales team with various other tasks as needed
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or administrative support role, preferably within the Client & Sales Administration industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all your work
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
