About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team at Yamagata (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.'. This full-time role is based in the Paya Lebar East Region. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling client correspondence
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Supporting the sales team with various other tasks as needed
What we're looking for
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or administrative support role, preferably within the Client & Sales Administration industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all your work
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
