The Role
The position requires maintaining the office environment, fostering communication with employees, and delivering company objectives while utilizing new technologies and procedures to support productivity. Responsibilities include overseeing daily office services, managing vendor relationships, handling hospitality for guests and employees, coordinating events and logistics, and addressing last-minute changes for large-scale events effectively.This role also involves budget forecasting, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, onboarding new staff with facilities, supporting stakeholders across global teams, and acting as the primary point of contact for employees.
