Client: Leading multinational organization in healthcare / life sciences / Education
Salary: Up to S$6K per month (depending on experience)
Contract: 6–12 months, renewable and convertible opportunities available

Location: CBD / West Singapore

Job Summary:
We are hiring for multiple contract opportunities within Marketing and Communications. These roles support regional and local marketing initiatives across digital campaigns, content creation, events, communications, stakeholder engagement, and marketing operations.

Suitable candidates may be considered for different teams based on experience and strengths.

Responsibilities:

Support execution of integrated marketing and communication campaigns
Coordinate digital marketing activities, social media, websites, and content updates
Organize events, webinars, and promotional initiatives
Liaise with regional teams, agencies, and external vendors
Support preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials
Manage documentation, approval workflows, and compliance processes
Support PO processing, vendor onboarding, and administrative coordination where required
Monitor campaign performance and support reporting and optimization initiatives
Maintain marketing resources and support stakeholder engagement activities

Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or related disciplines
1–3 years of relevant marketing, communications, digital marketing, or campaign coordination experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in digital platforms, content creation, events, CRM, websites, or social media is advantageous
Exposure to healthcare, pharma, education, research, or regulated industries is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design and marketing tools is advantageous
