Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales / Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with government agencies and large enterprises. This role focuses on strategic sales and account management in Command and Control Center solutions, GNSS Location-Based Services, and Cybersecurity HSM Solutions.

You will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, driving business growth, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management & Growth:
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with government and large enterprise clients.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding our footprint in command and control center solutions, GNSS services, and HSM-based cybersecurity offerings.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique requirements of government and enterprise customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposal creation, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
  1. Client Engagement:
  • Act as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for key clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, address concerns, and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between the client and internal teams for project implementation and support.
  1. Market Intelligence:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and emerging technologies in GNSS, cybersecurity, and command/control systems.
  • Provide feedback to product and R&D teams to align solutions with market needs.
  1. Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed records of account activities, opportunities, and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to management on account performance and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the government or enterprise sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing high-value accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience with command and control systems, GNSS solutions, or HSM cybersecurity products is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, FIPS).
  • Familiarity with GNSS location-based systems and critical infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
