Join our growing, multicultural, Christ-centred church as we seek a dynamic Youth/ Young Adults Ministry Worker to evangelize, disciple, and care for the youth and young adults of St. George’s Church.

What You’ll Do

Lead and grow Youth Ministries, including Friday night discipleship and Sunday groups
Pastor and support teens and their families, in partnership with clergy
Mentor and develop volunteer leaders, ensuring compliance with Safe Ministry standards
Establish a thriving Young Adults Ministry—life groups, discipleship, community-building
Participate in staff meetings and church-wide initiatives, reporting monthly to church council

What We’re Looking For

Committed and passionate about youth and young adult discipleship in the Christian faith
Theologically trained (Diploma minimum; Bachelor's or equivalent preferred)
Skilled in biblical teaching, pastoral care, and leadership development
Proven experience and ability to connect with teens, young adults, and parents
Strong communicator and servant leader

Details

2 year contract (renewable)
Salary: Commensurate with experience
St George’s Church is part of the Anglican Diocese of Singapore
