We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Events Manager to join our team in delivering impactful healthcare marketing and corporate events. You will work closely with the events, client servicing, and operations teams to plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality experiences for our clients.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is comfortable managing both strategic coordination and on-ground execution. From client liaison and vendor management to logistics coordination, venue setup, and live event operations, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless event delivery from start to finish.
A team member who is proactive, resourceful, and willing to roll up their sleeves to make things happen on-site and behind the scenes.
Key Duties Will Be:
Events management & Client Engagement (70%)
Client Leadership & Strategic Planning- Collaborate with the client servicing teams and partner closely with clients, marketing teams, and stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, brand direction, and audience engagement goals.
- Assist with client discussions, contribute strategic thinking, and develop compelling proposals, pitch decks, and experiential concepts that align with business objectives.
- For events, act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, strong relationship management, and seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to conceptualise impactful event experiences, immersive brand activations, and audience engagement ideas.
- Contribute fresh thinking and innovative approaches during pitches, brainstorming sessions, and campaign development.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and experiential marketing innovations to continuously elevate event delivery and client experiences.
- Support new business efforts through pitch participation, proposal development, and identification of opportunities for account growth and long-term partnerships.
- Build strong vendor and partner networks to enhance production capabilities and delivery standards.
- Contribute actively to agency innovation initiatives, process improvements, and the development of new event and experiential solutions.
Events Execution (30%)
End-to-End Event & Experience Delivery- Drive the end-to-end management and execution of events, brand activations, conferences, launches, roadshows, workshops, and corporate experiences.
- Own project timelines, deliverables, and operational workflows to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, production partners, and venues to bring ideas to life with excellence and precision.
- Oversee all event logistics and production elements, including venue sourcing, staging, AV, registration systems, catering, transportation, manpower, guest experience, and on-site operations.
- Develop and manage key project documentation such as proposals, production schedules, budgets, run sheets, briefing decks, and post-event reports.
- Lead vendor sourcing, negotiations, and cost optimisation initiatives to maximise budget efficiency while maintaining high production and service standards.
- Monitor project budgets, manage procurement processes, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and value-added solutions.
- Lead on-site event management, ensuring smooth execution, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional delivery under fast-paced environments.
Job Requirements:
Required Skills- Diploma from a reputable Polytechnic, diploma in Integrated Event Management, events, marketing, communications, project management (prefered) or related.
- Experience with events management or MICE
- Passion for events, media, or production
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
