About Dopame

Dopame Pte Ltd is a Singapore sports-tech start-up building QANZN—a visualization-and-breath-work app that helps athletes hit peak performance. We’re pre-seed and shipping our MVP.

The Opportunity

We need a hands-on, early-career CTO to take full ownership of QANZN’s tech and grow with us.

• Pick the mobile & back-end stack and get the first live version into the stores.
• Set up lightweight CI/CD, monitoring and basic analytics.
• Work side-by-side with the founder on feature ideas, user feedback and fundraising.
• Hire and guide a lean remote dev team as traction builds.

• 3–5 years building consumer mobile apps (Swift, Kotlin, Flutter or React Native).
• Ability to spin up a simple REST/GraphQL back-end (Node.js, Python or Go on any cloud).
• Clear written English and comfort working async across time zones.
• Bonus: interest in sports, performance psychology or wearables.

• Founders’ equity in lieu of salary until we close seed funding.
• Total ownership of the product’s tech direction.
• Remote-first culture with flexible hours.
