Oversee the vessel schedule

• collaborating with local stakeholders
• Apply permits for the vessel port entry, crew change, etc.
• Assess the suitability of vessels for specific ports, taking into account their characteristics, port capabilities, and our commercial requirements.
• Familiarize with local rules and regulations
• Identify trends and propose process improvements for ship safety and operational needs.
• Foster a mindset emphasizing the pursuit of work and cost efficiencies.
• Provide regular feedback on challenges and potential issues affecting current and future team performance.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Mandrian
• Diploma, preferably in shipping, logistics, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in Shipping Agency
• Familar with MPA, ICA, PSA website applications
• Self-motivated, strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, problem solving skills
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing priorities and emergencies.
• Solid knowledge of the maritime industry or other supply chain domains.
