Manager/Senior Manager (Project Management) - Geylang

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, execution and facilitation of employee engagement initiatives, including events and community-building activities.
• Conduct site recce, coordinate with facility managers and programme coordinators to assess event spaces and ensure execution for planned activities.
• Design and create publicity materials (e.g., posters, EDMs, social media graphics) using Adobe InDesign or other digital design tools.
• Manage project budget, ensuring proper tracking, approvals, and financial accountability (e.g. scoping ITQs, tenders and payment management).
• Oversee the smooth running of facility that include maintenance.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for the team with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle office administration, ensuring efficient workflow and document filing.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal (HR, OD, IT, Finance, Research entities) and external partners (vendors, public agencies).
• Adapt and respond to fast evolving project needs while maintaining strong process management and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline.
• Candidates with experience in project management, HR, Organisation Development (OD), Marketing Communications or Psychology functions will have an advantage.
• 3 to 5 years of project management, event management, or marketing experience (highlight experience in your CV).
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign or other digital design software (include artwork done in your CV).
• Strong ability to multi-task, work independently, and prioritise workloads effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Hands-on, outgoing, and proactive approach to executing tasks and problem-solving.
• Highly meticulous, with attention to detail driven by a high standard in work.
