Job Purpose

The Commercial Skills & Training Manager, Region Asia Pacific is responsible for planning, “globalising”, and executing, once certified, global commercial skills and training programs for Fresenius Kabi’s commercial organization.

The role focuses on building sustainable commercial capabilities, ensuring that field and commercial teams are equipped with the required attitude, skills, and knowledge, and that these are translated into observable andimproved daily behaviors required to deliver value‑based, customer‑centricoutcomes aligned with Fresenius Kabi’s global Commercial Excellence strategy.

This role will report officially to Commercial Skills & Training Lead in Global Commercial Excellence Team, dotted line with APAC Commercial Excellence Head, focusing on the APAC markets commercial skills acceleration.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Global Commercial Skills & Training Lead in translating global commercial strategy into learning journeys, curriculum, and capability frameworks.
  • Plan, adapt, and deliver global commercial skills and training programs for commercial and customer‑facing teams.
  • Gather and analyze input from business units and stakeholders to identify training needs and priorities.
  • Contribute to the design and development of training materials and learning assets across various formats (virtual, in‑person, blended).
  • Ensure training programs align with business goals, drive performance improvement, and are effectively deployed and adopted.
  • Maintain data compliance for training records and surveys, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Follow up with learners to support application of learning and continued skill development.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with internal stakeholders and coordinate subject matter experts as needed.
  • Partner closely with Training Operations and Learning Design to continuously update and improve training content.
  • Drive quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across all training deliverables and processes.
  • Contribute to budget accountability for training initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’sdegree in Business, Life Sciences, Education, Marketing or related field.
  • Strong English proficiency is required. The role involves regular communication and delivery to stakeholders across the APAC region; therefore, the ability to deliver in at least one additional APAC market language (e.g. Chinese, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, or Korean) is required. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales or commercial training, Learning & Development, Commercial capability building within healthcare, pharma, biopharma, plasma, or medical devices.
  • Proven experience in working in an international corporate environment and delivering and optimizing global harmonized training programs.
  • Strong understanding of commercial processes and field execution

  • Openness to use advanced platforms and software, once FK approved, on top of mastering Microsoft 365 suite is required and any additional technical expertise (eg Video filming/editing) will be a plus
  • Extended travel requirements (>50%) both in the Region where the identified resource is based and globally to deliver based on priorities and resources and for team’s global meetings
