JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Support: Assist in the conceptualization and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate with mall management, stores, and vendors for seamless execution of promotional activities and events.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media channels and manage platforms.
- Influencer Marketing: Plan, execute, and analyze influencer marketing campaigns, providing detailed performance reports.
- Customer Insights: Conduct customer surveys to gather valuable insights and report on findings.
- Store & Product Launches: Assist in the planning and support of new store openings and product showcases.
- Customer Service Support: Assist in providing customer service duties for enquiries and feedback via phone calls, emails, etc.
- General Support: Provide support for any other marketing-related or customer-service tasks and duties as needed.
- Perform other duties as required by superiors
