International Primary School Mandarin Teacher (Age 5 – Age 11) Knightsbridge House International School is one of the fastest-growing schools in Singapore. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in education specialized in Chinese (Mandarin) language
Prior experience in teaching mandarin to children age 5-14
Prior experience in teaching YCT & HSK will be an added advantage.
Meticulous, self-driven and ability to multi-tasked additional teaching & Eca assignments.
Exude professionalism and passion in teaching.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct Chinese (Mandarin) language classes according to international school standards and materials.
Plan, revise, record and follow units of work that provide applicable learning and developmental experience.
Build and maintain a close working partnership with parents and share their child’s education, learning and development.
Develop scheme of work, lesson plans and examinations that are in accordance with the international school syllabus.
Conduct all teaching programmes in mandarin
Maintain good communication and rapport with parents.
Create meaningful language learning and development opportunities for the children where their passion for Chinese language interests can be further enhanced.
Develop knowledge and materials related to the primary school educational levels.
Engage in department/team planning & development and extra curriculum activities (eca).
Any other duties as assigned by the principal and the management from time to time.
