Personal Driver to Chairman

We are looking for a dependable and professional Personal Driver to support our Chairman with safe, punctual, and efficient transportation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the employer to various destinations, maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition, and upholding a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

• Salary: Up till $3300 basic + OT (approximately $700–$800)
• Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: Overtime (8:30 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Daily reporting location: Binjai Park (Bukit Timah), by 8:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and timely transportation for the Executive Director and/or family members to meetings, appointments, social engagements, and other destinations.
• Plan and optimize routes based on traffic, weather, and road conditions.
• Assist with loading and unloading personal items, luggage, or packages as required.
• Ensure the vehicle is consistently clean, fueled, and well-maintained; schedule regular servicing and attend to minor repairs when necessary.
• Comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and internal driving policies.
• Support the employer with occasional errands such as grocery shopping, deliveries, or other personal tasks.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and professional matters.
• Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and courtesy at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a personal driver, chauffeur, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic conditions, and GPS navigation tools such as Google Maps and Waze.
