They are currently looking for a Assistant Customer Service Manager (Export - Ocean) to join their dynamic and inclusive team. - Location: Alps (Transportation provided at Sengkang, Tanah Merah, Ang Mo Kio, Tampines and Bedok)
- Work days: 5.25days, Monday
- Friday (8:30am
- 6pm),- Alt Sat (9am
- 1pm)
- Salary up to $6000 + AWS + VB
- Lead and mentor the Customer Service team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience.
- Liaise with customers and stakeholders on SOPs, special projects, and service requirements.
- Handle escalations effectively, implementing corrective and preventive measures promptly.
- Monitor and report customer KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Negotiate rates with carriers and provide competitive quotations to customers and overseas offices.
- Review and analyse P&L performance and cost efficiency of operations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members to build a strong and capable team.
The Talent:
- Min. 8 years of professional experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- Proficiency in import/ export documentation will be advantageous
