They are currently looking for a Assistant Customer Service Manager (Export - Ocean) to join their dynamic and inclusive team.   • Work days: 5.25days, Monday
  • Friday (8:30am
  • 6pm),- Alt Sat (9am
  • 1pm)
  • Salary up to $6000 + AWS + VB
The Job
  • Lead and mentor the Customer Service team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience.
  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders on SOPs, special projects, and service requirements.
  • Handle escalations effectively, implementing corrective and preventive measures promptly.
  • Monitor and report customer KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate rates with carriers and provide competitive quotations to customers and overseas offices.
  • Review and analyse P&L performance and cost efficiency of operations.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members to build a strong and capable team.

The Talent:

  • Min. 8 years of professional experience in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Proficiency in import/ export documentation will be advantageous
