Creative Designer

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Creative Designer is responsible for overseeing all design-related projects and to lead the development of innovative new product designs (packaging) and enhancement for existing content and materials.

• Lead and execute across all phases of the product design process - conceptualise, packaging design, create 3D prototypes
• Design/illustrate artwork for marketing ads, posters, brochures, websites, social media, merchandise, displays, and events
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and brand consistency for all visuals and media materials. Take the lead in implementing updates to the brand guide as needed
• Propose design solutions to best communicate objectives
• Manage content distribution to website and social media platforms
• Assist in preparing corporate presentations and materials for internal and external usage
• Lead the design of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and event setups such as baby fairs to optimise display structures to effectively communicate brand awareness to target audiences
• Responsible for product photoshoot and photo/video-taking during events for internal and external usage
• Liaison with third-party vendors for print/production and maintain good working relationship.

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role (but we would prefer to let your skills and portfolio do the talking)
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Demonstrated portfolio of designing for digital and print collaterals (social media, product design, structure, and print)
• Demonstrated expertise in a variety of the creative field - conceptualise, design, and illustration
• Strong visual design concept, with an expert eye and appreciation for photography, typography, layout, colour theory, and information hierarchy
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Positive, energetic, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Skills in video editing, simple animation, and creative illustrations.
