About the role
The incumbent will be joining the team as Senior Manager – Transportation in SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd. This is a role as Head of Department or have potential to be the Head of Department. If you enjoy tackling challenges and delivering measurable results, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities- Perform business development and sales in the transportation space in Singapore
- Develop new businesses and grow the business organically for the transportation department
- Manage and increase company's market share in Singapore
- Understand and have experience in container trucking activities
- Maintain good network with PSA, customers, and vendors
- Manage both sales and operations in the Transportation department with more than 50 prime movers
- Responsible for department P & L
- Understand importance of safety and operational procedures
- Degree or Diploma holders
- Drive, resilience and the ability to deliver results under pressure
- Work alternate Saturday
