Operations Assistant

Location: 1 Kampong Ampat #08-11 Singapore 368314 (Tai Seng)

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing goods, including inventory handling and stock organization.
• Conduct stock checks and maintain inventory records, including monitoring and reporting out-of-stock items.
• Assist in short-form video production, including filming and editing using tools such as CapCut or similar software.
• Support the management of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Rednote (Xiao Hong Shu).
• Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management.

• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Experience in video filming and editing is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the beauty industry, beauty salons, e-commerce, or social media management will be an advantage.
