Corporate Communications Executive - Toa Payoh

• Assist in managing website and intranet content updates and publication processes
• Contribute to editorial planning and content development for corporate website, intranet and social media channels
• Monitor media coverage and social media platforms and provide timely update
• Assist in developing media materials such as press releases, media kits, and FAQs
• Support media outreach activities by identifying story angles and coordinating responses to media enquiries
• Support the communication needs of stakeholders and collaborate with Marcom/ Marketing to promote M.Y World values and programmes
• Draft and edit stakeholder communications and announcements for internal and external audiences
• Assist in the development of holding statements, FAQs, and internal responses in the event of crisis
• Participate in crisis communication drills and simulations to support preparedness

Job Requirement(s):

• Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline
• At least 2 years in corporate communication, public relations preferably within the education sector or in a related sector
• Ability to manage press releases, media interviews and briefings to enhance M.Y World positive media presence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling content for press releases, speeches and digital platforms
• Excellent editing skills, able to ensure clear, consistent and error free communication materials
